◆ Self-lubrication has a low friction coefficient, can realize oil-free lubrication work, can be in oil, water, steam, weak acid and alkali medium for a long time to work.
◆ Easy processing can be directly processed parts by injection molding process. It can be processed after turning, milling, drilling, tapping, bonding and ultrasonic welding.
◆ Low smoke non-toxic combustion when the amount of smoke and poisonous gas is particularly low.
◆ The long-term use temperature is 260℃, even if the temperature is up to 300℃, it can still maintain excellent mechanical function.
◆ Wear resistance PEEK compound and its composites have excellent wear resistance in many harsh working environments, such as high temperature, high load and strong corrosion.
◆ High strength has the best mechanical strength in plastics. It also has high rigidity and surface hardness.
◆ Corrosion resistance is insoluble in common solvents. It has good corrosion resistance to various organic and inorganic chemical reagents.

PEEK, as the base material, adding carbon fiber 30% and PTFE resin with sliding characteristics of graphite and produced, improves the high sliding grade, as "bearing grade PEEK material" (color: black). Its superior friction characteristics (low friction, long term wear resistance, and pressure-velocity capability) make it ideal for applications where wear is common.
PEEK is widely used in nuclear industry, chemical industry, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic appliances, mechanical instruments, medical treatment and food processing, especially as a thermoplastic resin with excellent heat resistance. It can be used as the base material of high-performance composite materials.
Polyether etherketone, or polyethertherketone (PEEK for short), is a linear aromatic polymer with a chain in its main chain. Its constituent unit is oxygen-p - phenyl-oxygen-carbonyl-p-phenyl, is semi-crystalline, thermoplastic plastics. It is a thermal plasticity resin with excellent mechanical properties and crystallization, excellent heat resistance, fatigue resistance, impact resistance and creep resistance, chemical resistance is possible to use except concentrated sulfuric acid, and less pure material for dissolution of gas metal ions.
